We provide customer service across a variety of industries from medical to telecom. COLLECTION REPRESENTATIVES are responsible for outbound calling and accepting inbound calls regarding past due accounts, while negotiating the best possible payment arrangement. Candidates will be expected to meet and exceed minimal performance and production standards while providing world class service and update account information accurately while adhering to all state and federal laws. Regular work hours:

• Monday-Thursday 8am-5.30pm and Friday 12pm-4pm

Starting Base Pay:

• $15.00/hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect on various types of third-party delinquencies.
• Locate and contact consumers.
• Negotiate payment arrangements.
• Actively listen to consumer.
• Professionally document interactions in detail on our platform.

Qualifications:

• Desire to help consumers work through financial challenges.
• Set goals, meet deadlines, work diligently.
• Effectively manage time, multi-task, and prioritize.
• Proficient PC and typing skills.
• Assertive, clear, and concise written\oral communication skills.
• Professional telephone communication techniques and ability to be on the telephone for long periods of time.
• Must comply with all state, federal, and company policies.
• Must be able to pass background and reference checks and drug screen.
