Job Description

We are looking for friendly customer-oriented people who will bring enthusiasm, and positivity to our team. You will be providing excellent customer service to our customers and be a great ambassador for the company that you represent. You will be helping our customers return unused cable equipment and also assisting them with their payments (catching up on past due payment, creating payment plans etc). Work from home is an option you can choose after training is completed.

DETAILS:

• $14.50/hr - will increase to $15/hr by the end of training
• Commission in addition to base (average agent earns $250-500/month in commissions)
• We are open 6am-7pm on weekdays and 8.30am-5pm on Saturdays
• Full benefits available (medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401k)
• Training lasts for 5 weeks and is in person in our office in Taylorsville
• You have the option to work from home after training is completed
