Position Overview:

This role will support the integration of specialty services into independent general and pediatric dental offices. The Dental Assistant serves to support and provide on-site training to enhance office efficiency and workflow in preparation for specialty production days.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as an Orthodontic assistant to support reties, bondings and aligners
• Implement changes and provide education and feedback to providers, departments and offices in relation to denials that impact revenue
• Demonstrate exceptional integrity and composure with patients, staff and specialists
• Corresponding with patients, if requested, that have any questions about treatment

Qualifications:

• Experience with orthodontic assisting required
• Comfortable with presenting dental information to patients
• Licensed RDA
