    Job Description

    AECOM is seeking a highly qualified Complex Bridge Project Manager in Louisville, Kentucky.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and coordinate technical aspects of large, complex bridge projects, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.
    • Serve as a client liaison, fostering and maintaining strong relationships while managing project expectations and delivery.
    • Play a pivotal role in securing new business, including leading technical discussions, proposal development, and strategic client engagement.
    • Lead and mentor technical teams to enhance expertise and foster growth within the complex bridge engineering discipline.
    • Provide guidance in the design and execution of complex structural analyses and engineering studies.
    • Review and approve detailed technical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
    • Act as a subject matter expert in advanced bridge technologies, contributing to innovation and the implementation of best practices.
    • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure the successful delivery of multi-faceted, large-scale bridge projects.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    • BA/BS + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 10 years' + experience in bridge design
    • Project management skills
    • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills, including technical report writing.
    • Structural problem analysis skills (including knowledge/use of design and calculation tools, software)
    • Knowledgeable of standard engineering practices, techniques and applicable Codes.
    • Knowledge of current structural modeling software tools
    • A current PE license.

    Additional Information

    • Travel may be required for this position.
    • Due to nature of the involved project U.S. work- sponsorship is not available with this opportunity.
    • Offered rate of compensation (Kentucky) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $225,000.00
