Federal, Texas, CA Seeking a litigation paralegal with no less than five (5) years of litigation-related experience in state and federal courts in Texas as well as possibly California. Quarterly presence required at Texas headquarters for meetings and trial coordination. The successful candidate will be proficient in document review/repository search platforms, Teams, and related conferencing, filing, and pleading generation applications. Responsibilities: • Manage litigation calendar and deadlines • Research, cite-checking and briefing • Extensive produced document review and creation of privilege logs • Occasional site inspections and client coordination • Summary judgment experience necessary • Trial assistance experience preferred Qualifications: • State paralegal certification or Paralegal Certificate • Ability to travel to trial sites and customer sites in California and Texas • Ability to manage a litigation unit comprised of 2 attorneys in several offices in two states Compensation: $80,000 DOE
