What Success Looks Like:

• Drive compliance excellence by developing and implementing robust processes that ensure adherence to both Federal and State regulations across all business operations
• Lead comprehensive risk-based assessments and monitoring programs that span multiple business units, identifying opportunities for process enhancement and risk mitigation
• Design and implement strategic policies that address key compliance risk areas, creating monitoring frameworks that proactively detect potential compliance gaps
• Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, building partnerships that strengthen our compliance culture
• Create and deliver engaging training programs that transform complex regulations into clear, actionable guidance
• Spearhead special initiatives that elevate our compliance framework to best-in-class standards
  

  
  Your Experience & Expertise:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience that demonstrates your mastery of compliance principles
• 3+ years of compliance experience or 5+ years in related fields (audit, underwriting, quality control)
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management best practices
• Outstanding ability to analyze complex situations and communicate solutions clearly
• Industry certifications (ACAMS, CFE) or OFAC Sanctions Screening experience are valuable additions
