Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager/Case Manger to join our team! As a Compliance Manager/Case Manager, you will be responsible for observing, documenting, and reporting any safety or compliance issues. You will also be working closely with management and staff to help ensure compliance with any and all state, federal, and company regulations. The ideal candidate is observant, has strong attention to detail, and has a deep understanding of regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for learning Residential Child Care Licensing General Residential Operation Minimum Standards, Road to Wisdom Employee Handbook, CARF Accreditation Standards. You will ensure we are complaint in all areas by collecting data, creating reports, presenting results from data, and offering assistance to the Administrative and Case Management Teams.

Responsibilities

Maintain compliance standards and regulations, and report violations as appropriate

Oversee all relevant business operations that directly relate to compliance policies and procedures

Create and maintain appropriate documentation of compliance, investigations, and eventual outcomes

Work closely with management and staff to ensure everyone is informed on current safety regulations and all policies are being followed

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Compliance Manager or in a similar position

Understanding of regulations and compliance on a state and federal level, as needed

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills
