Job Description
The Compliance Specialist **** role assists in the broader mission of the company to foster adherence to the company’s policies and procedures and reporting requirements as well as supporting the business in complying with applicable laws and regulations.
Primary Job Duties:
- Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures as well as annual policy reviews. This includes tracking policy updates and working with all company departments to ensure timely review and renewal of policies.
- Work on regular audits for Fair Lending and Anti Money Laundering analyzing data and preparing reports.
- Create and file MCR quarterly reports.
- Ongoing review and scrubbing of HMDA data. File HMDA reports annually.
- Assist with and help coordinate regulatory (state, HUD, CFPB) examinations and inquiries.
- Conduct research and prepare reports. Perform special projects as required.
- Other task and assignments to support the company’s compliance and legal teams.
