We are looking for a Bench Technician who can and will need to do component level repairs of electronics. The candidate is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and testing various electronic components and systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and be comfortable working with various tools and equipment. The Bench Technician will also be expected to document their work and keep detailed records of repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware
• Test and repair defective components.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Perform system upgrades and maintenance tasks.
• Document all repairs and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Ensure that all equipment is in proper working order.
• performing aircraft systems installations, component level repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and avionics systems
• Responsible for reviewing and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics to perform necessary repairs
• Has a strong knowledge of basic AC and DC electrical power theory and circuit analysis, including three phase AC power systems.
• Understand and apply schematics and technical diagrams
• Inspect electrical components, including transformers and circuit breakers.
