Perform composite layup and material prep
Cut, prep, load, and unload molds and tools in ovens, heat presses, or autoclaves
Assemble a variety of simple to complex composite parts
Deflash, sand, and trim small parts to meet precise standards
Maintain production logs and label materials for accurate tracking
Follow all safety, quality, and workmanship standards
Assist with maintaining tools, molds, fixtures, and composite equipment
Complete other duties as assigned by management
High school diploma or GED
Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
Ability to lift and push up to 25 lbs
Clear understanding of blueprints and written instructions
Familiarity with mechanical and bonding assembly techniques
Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight tolerances
