Right now, we're looking for a dedicated Composite Assembler to join us in working on advanced aerospace, commercial, general aviation, and military programs around the world.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Composite Fabricator, you're a key player in our manufacturing team, blending traditional assembly tasks with specialized composite skills. Your main jobs involve putting parts together carefully, following instructions and blueprints closely. You'll also operate equipment like ovens and heat presses, handle materials like epoxies, and take care of loading and unloading molds. Keeping things running smoothly- you'll maintain equipment, follow safety rules, clean workspaces, and help with different tasks assigned by management to make our production process even better.

    **Required Qualifications and Skills:

    • High School graduate or equivalent.
    • Some working experience in assembling components using work instructions.
    • Ability to learn new processes and procedures.
    • Self-motivated with good communication skills.
    • Understanding of mechanical and bonding assembly processes.
    • Proficient in and using hand and power tools.
    • Capable of lifting and pushing a minimum of 25 lbs.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in riveting and drilling for bonding composite assemblies.
    • Familiarity with composite wet layup.
    • Experience in processes like sanding, filling, and priming fiberglass surfaces.
