    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Precise layup of aircraft and satellite communications composite parts.

    Aid in the kitting and finishing of composite parts.

    Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine processes and optimize efficiency.

    Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, whilst working in a fast-paced environment.

    In process inspection, and documentation of composite parts.

    Interpret engineering drawings and follow manufacturing work instructions.

    Composite assembly.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Must be a U.S. person.

    Willing to commute or relocate.

    2+ years composite lamination experience, preferably in aerospace.

    Competent with hand tools associated with the kitting, layup, and finishing of composite parts.

    Ability to read engineering drawings.

    Positive attitude and a commitment toward continuous improvement.

    Succeeds at being a team player and working independently.

    Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

    PREFERRED SKILLS:

    Experience trimming, drilling, and painting composite parts.

    Aircraft structural assembly experience.

    Experience working in an aircraft production environment.

    Dimensional inspection experience utilizing calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and gauge pins.

    Training and managing less experienced technicians.

    EXPECTED HOURS/SCHEDULE:

    Full Time On Site: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm

    Overtime Pay
