Primax-Compozit Home Systems has immediate openings for driven, focused, outgoing, and friendly appointment setters for home improvement products and campaigns in our fully equipped call center. This is a good fit for someone with excellent attendance, experienced in outbound calling concepts and has the ability to engage customers over the phone . Hourly with an excellent bonus potential. Experienced callers have made as much as $70,000+ a year. Must be disciplined, positive with a willingness to learn. No experience necessary. Leads are provided to all team members. Our experienced staff have decades of combined experience in helping potential customers increase the value of their homes. Duties · Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers. · Call prospective customers and provide information regarding our products. · Inform customers of current and upcoming promotions and specials. · Share the value of making home improvements with potential clients . · Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries. · Track daily, weekly, monthly sales and appointments set. Qualifications · Able to demonstrate consistency in performance and productivity · Self-motivated and goal driven · Willingness to learn proven processes from our current staff · Excellent attendance Day and Evening Shifts available.
