Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated, self-starter to join our team as a Comprehensive Pest and Wildlife Technician. This role involves performing both standard pest control services and wildlife proofing, which requires light construction work to seal homes and businesses against wildlife intrusion. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess strong character, and be comfortable working in and around customer properties to ensure exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Perform standard pest control services, including inspections, treatment applications, and follow-up visits.

Execute wildlife proofing and exclusion tasks, including sealing entry points and applying preventative measures to protect properties.

Safely climb ladders and work on rooftops as needed.

Navigate tight spaces, including attics and crawl spaces, to inspect and address pest and wildlife issues.

Maintain a high level of professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.

Communicate effectively with customers and team members to explain services, procedures, and results.

Adhere to safety guidelines and company protocols to complete tasks efficiently and safely.

Maintain company vehicle and equipment to uphold cleanliness and functionality standards.

Qualifications:

Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to pass a drug screen and consent to random drug testing.

Physically capable of lifting over 50 lbs and performing labor-intensive tasks.

Comfortable with heights and confined spaces, including work on ladders, roofs, attics, and crawl spaces.

Strong work ethic and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
