We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Computer Analyst to join our dynamic team.

The Computer Analyst will be responsible for analyzing our company's computer systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and optimization. This role requires a deep understanding of computer systems, technology trends, and business processes in order to recommend and implement effective solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities: **

- Analyze and evaluate existing computer systems and software applications to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making for technology investments.
- Design, develop, and test system architecture, databases, and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary adjustments to improve function and reliability.
- Create detailed documentation of system processes, configurations, and upgrades for future reference.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on new software and systems.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the organization’s technology strategies remain competitive.
- Collaborate with IT teams and management on long-term planning and strategy development.
- Report findings and progress to senior management, providing actionable recommendations.

**Qualifications: **

- BS in Computer Science, B.A. in Management Information Systems, or A.S. in Computer Science with equivalent work experience preferred but not required.
- Proven experience as a Computer Analyst or similar role, ideally within healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems, software development, and systems integration.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Java) and tools.
- Familiarity with system analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Certification in relevant areas (e.g., ITIL, PMP) is a plus.
