    About the role The Field Service Support Operations Manager is a highly qualified coordinator that helps us maintain our position as an innovative authority with strong wok plan development skills and progress tracking operations and ticketing system. Responsibilities: • Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with the timeline and deliverables requirement. • Develop and maintain a project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones. • Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output. • Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to the project work plan. • Serve as point of communication between company, a team of 25 + FSS Technicians/Supervisors and external resources. • Managing NYDOE break/fix and technical, supporting over 350 schools in the Bronx area. • Overseeing the administration, configuration, and repair of serversmac, and Kronos Clock systems. • Leading NYDOE device remediation projects, ensuring all new devices are configured and deployed . • Writing technical documentation and resolving server-related incidents for large multi-location school districts. • Communication skills and the ability to articulate your scope of work, status updates and other pertinent information to a customer, face to face or via telephone. • Reference point for all related queries.

    Stakeholder Communication: • Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities Candidate requirements: •Experience in Project coordination with teams and clients •Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management •Strong written, verbal and presentation skills •Good organizational skills and who can follow instructions •Proficiency with tools for creating dashboards and visual reports. •Effectively present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
