Position requires an individual to have customer service skills, positive attitude, food preparation, assist in preparing area for day to day operation, responsible for accurate counting and balancing all transactions, and assisting the supervisor with location inventory controls.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
This position requires stooping, lifting, standing and walking.
Basic working knowledge of food and beverage.
Basic math ability to accurately count and handle money.
Basic food preparation.
Ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work.
Positive attitude and neat appearance.
Concession Responsibilities:
Interact with customers for food and beverage at the concession stand. Be polite.
Make food for upstairs take out orders
Stock all product in the concession stand. Including coffee/popcorn etc.
Stock all paper and plastic products as necessary
Check hot chocolate/cappuccino and fill containers
Check change. If you need change ask a supervisor.
Sanitize counters frequently (at least every 30 min)
Stock coolers in the back
Remove any old containers from refrigerator and clean
Make note of items that are running low on the Concession board
Check task board for odd jobs that need to be completed during down time. Please initial task on task board when complete.
End of Shift:
Turn off all machines
Change out cheese pot and butter container and cover with aluminum foil
Complete Concession Closing Checklist
All dishes should be cleaned and put away. No dirty dishes left in the sink including cheese pans or coffee pots.
Close all product bags in freezer
Remove and sanitize fountain soda spouts
