    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong desire to exceed guest expectations. As the Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests and residents, responsible for providing high-quality service, valuable information, and tailored recommendations to enhance their experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Greet guests and residents warmly upon arrival and assist with their needs throughout their stay.

    - Provide detailed information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, shops, events, and transportation options.

    - Assist with booking reservations, tickets, tours, and transportation services.

    - Manage guest requests efficiently, including special occasions, transportation arrangements, and personal errands.

    - Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the local area and current events to provide accurate information to guests.

    - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

    - Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a satisfactory outcome.

    - Keep the Concierge desk and surrounding areas organized and presentable.

    - Monitor and report on guest satisfaction and solicit feedback for service improvement.

    - Stay informed about hotel and local policies, procedures, and promotions to provide guests with the most current information.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certification is a plus.

    - Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

    - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.

    - Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think quickly on your feet.

    - Proficiency in using office and reservation software; familiarity with property management systems is a plus.

    - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    - A genuine passion for helping others and enhancing the guest experience.
