RESPONSIBILITIES FOR AN Customer Service Sales Representative : * Assist customers with inquiries related to the client's products and services * Maintain adequate company and product knowledge to provide proficient service to be able to represent our client in a professional manner when working with business owners and decision makers * Work with our business clients one-on-one and in-person discussing our current products and services * Develop a trusting relationship with business clients by addressing all questions and concerns professionally * Thinking outside the box and finding new ways to address our customers issues and needs * Providing a pleasant and fun customer experience QUALIFICATIONS : * Prior customer service experience is preferred * Ability to work in a fast paced environment * Willingness to train and learn * A can-do attitude Company Description At the request of our premier technology and telecom clients, Concise Consulting Group, Inc. opened in White Plains, NY.
