We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to work alongside our playground and recreational installation teams. This role focuses on executing high-quality concrete pours for footers, sidewalks, curbs, and various flatwork within our project scopes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes ownership of their work, ensures timely completion, and contributes to the profitability of each job. Responsibilities: • Perform concrete finishing tasks, including pouring, leveling, smoothing, and curing for footers, sidewalks, curbs, and flatwork. • Collaborate with playground and recreational installation crews to ensure seamless project integration. • Lead and supervise a small crew of 2-4 team members, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. • Adapt to shifting project schedules and maintain flexibility as priorities change due to weather, client needs, or other factors. • Take full ownership of assigned scope, completing all work within the allotted time frame to support project profitability. • Meet at our Jefferson, GA shop headquarters for daily assignments and transport to job sites as needed. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in concrete finishing and related construction work. • Proven ability to lead and manage a small crew effectively. • Strong knowledge of concrete techniques, tools, and safety practices. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our Jefferson, GA headquarters. • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and adapt to a fast-paced, flexible schedule. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and timelines. Compensation: $25 hourly
