Full time Concrete Crew Foreman. Specialized civil construction.

REQUIREMENTS:

Prior verifiable experience in concrete forming/finishing and project leadership.

Must read prints, layout foundation plan, accurately measure and set formwork, rebar and anchor bolts.

Experience with drilled piers, flat work, walls, floors, control/construction joints and professional finishing.

Able to run 5-10 man crew, manage project execution, enforce procedural and safety standards, lead daily safety meetings and crew briefs.

Strong communication and leadership skills required.

Able to work up to 12 hour days if needed

Willing to work any shift including nights, weekends and holidays

Able to lift 50+ lbs.

Able to work in all weather conditions

Able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods

Normal use of senses

Eligible to work in the United States

Agree to complete any required training if necessary
