    What You’ll Be Doing:

    Field/Production Leadership

    • Coach and mentor team members; help troubleshoot problems on the fly.
    • Manage setup, calibration, and daily production of mobile concrete equipment.

    • Stay ahead of scheduling challenges by coordinating closely with site teams.

    Quality & Safety Focus

    • Monitor key metrics like mix consistency, slump, and air content.
    • Keep accurate logs and help the crew stay audit-ready.
    • Coordinate the movement and maintenance of mobile batch units.
    • Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues.
    • Monitor material supplies and keep inventory flowing without delays.
    • Work alongside foremen, PMs, and quality inspectors to support overall site needs.

    • 5+ years of hands-on experience running concrete batch operations
    • A solid grasp of mix design principles and mobile batching systems
    • Leadership skills and a willingness to travel up to 80%
    • Problem-solving and working under pressure
    • CDL preferred; bilingual a bonus (Spanish/English)

    What We Offer:

    • Competitive pay & travel benefits
    • Supportive team culture with autonomy in the field
    • Opportunities to grow with a company that builds complex infrastructure nationwide
