Responsibilities: • Oversee a team of four (Leasing, Maintenance, and Housekeeping) to ensure high-quality service delivery in a timely manner. • Welcome new tenants, assisting them to ensure a pleasant and satisfactory experience throughout their stay. • Handle reservation processing during the absence of the Rental Property Coordinator. • Inspect units post-housekeeping to confirm adherence to established cleanliness and quality standards. • Review monthly financial drafts before forwarding them to the Treasurer for approval, requesting necessary journal entries when required. • Conduct daily property inspections, addressing any issues promptly. • Develop and propose the annual budget for the property. • Collaborate with the Board President to draft meeting agendas. • Prepare and submit bi-weekly payrolls for staff to Human Resources. • Provide weekly action lists to the Board and upper management, outlining progress and issues related to current projects. • Solicit and evaluate bids for property projects. • Oversee all construction activities, maintaining strong relationships with contractors to ensure the property remains a preferred client for timely services. • Notify owners and guests of upcoming maintenance activities to minimize disruptions. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in Condo Association Management. • Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and leasing practices. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to handle maintenance requests and vendor management. • Proficiency in property management software Competencies. • US Work Authorization.
