Condominium Building Maintenance
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in Leawood, KS. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our brand new condo property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition and providing a safe, comfortable environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities of a Building Maintenance Technician :
- Conduct general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and minor repairs
- Address maintenance requests from residents promptly
- Keep common areas clean and safe
- Diagnose and repair building systems as needed
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues swiftly
- Ensure all work adheres to safety and quality standards
Qualifications as a Building Maintenance Technician:
- Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and basic repairs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform various tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional maintenance certifications are advantageous
