    Connect Staffing is partnering with a law firm client in Atlanta to recruit a dynamic Conflicts Manager to lead the firm's conflicts department and ensure the smooth, efficient handling of conflicts checks and new business intake.

    In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for resolving conflicts issues, working hand-in-hand with the firm's leadership team. You'll bring your stellar analytical abilities, commitment to accuracy, and excellent leadership skills to:

    • Manage and assist with lateral conflicts checks, new matter conflicts, and new business intake
    • Provide insightful analysis and critical assessment of conflicts materials
    • Liaise with Conflicts Partners to maintain compliance and optimize processes
    • Oversee engagement letters, conflicts waivers, and other conflicts workflows
    • Train, develop, and manage a talented team of Conflicts Analysts and New Business Intake Analysts

    To succeed in this fast-paced, high-stakes environment, you'll need:

    • A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience processing legal conflicts checks
    • Proven leadership and management experience
    • Unwavering attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • The ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
    • Solid working knowledge of law firm ethical principles and procedures
    • Proficiency with Aderant, Intapp, and other relevant legal tech
