POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use active listening and provided tools to determine the best outcome for your caller.
• Utilize sales skills and product knowledge to inform and guide your caller to an appropriate solution.
• NO COLD CALLING! Answer inbound calls from consumers who want help and are ready to buy.
• Utilize state-of-the-art training to become an expert in selling for your designated market.
• Turn every call into a positive experience — for you and your caller!
• Follow Quality Assurance guidelines and complete required compliance training.
• Maintain punctual attendance.
• Be a positive cXp team player!

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• Active license for health insurance or life and health insurance.
• Successful and timely completion of training.
• Excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask between several computer systems post-training.
• 25+ words-per-minute typing skills.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• No felony convictions or recent misdemeanors involving theft, fraud or threats of violence.

THIS LICENSED HEALTH INSURANCE AGENT POSITION IS SEASONAL UNTIL EARLY DECEMBER when it has the potential to become a full-time position based upon performance metrics. For seasonal employees not retained after AEP, cXp’s Bridge Program assists them to secure comparable employment and compensation with an alliance employer.
