An Educator to join our growing Business Program in a full-time teaching capacity. We are especially interested in those who have at least 4 years of relevant business industry/operational leadership experience, specifically looking for someone with experience and education in the areas of Business Accounting and Economics. Previous experience teaching online is also preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Actively participate in Bryan University’s mission by ensuring students are prepared with the knowledge and practical skills that directly relate to high demand professional careers. Within the context of each course taught, in addition to directing instructional activities, you’ll hold open office hours, and live class sessions as needed. creativity, and effectiveness in fulfilling the University’s mission. More specifically, you’ll:
- Provide an educational experience where each student has the opportunity to fulfill their potential for intellectual and emotional growth
- Prepare and implement activities that contribute to a climate where students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences
- Actively engage in individual, or small group, tutoring and remediation using synchronous and asynchronous tools
- Create and curate instructional content, including video, for students related to current trends and practices in the industry
- Integrate established, and emerging, teaching and learning strategies into the classroom and student interactions
- Conduct proactive and reactive student outreach regularly
- Provide individualized and timely feedback on student assessments within SOP guidelines
- Provide regular feedback to the Program Director on student progress or opportunities
- Participate in ongoing training, development and program meetings
- Respond to student questions and needs on weekdays as well as weekends
- Maintain communication networks between student, admissions, coaches and all PDs
- Other special projects, duties, and responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 years’ experience of operational leadership or related role. Previous experience teaching online preferred.
- Master's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Accounging, Economics, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a virtual environment using multiple software programs simultaneously including MS Office programs, Canvas, Cvue, Gmail, Zoom, etc.
- Knowledge and understanding of the professional career paths in industry and demands of the training field
