    Job Description

    In this postion you will be the subject matter expert for IFRS to ensure compliant interpretation and implementation of reporting and consolidation guidelines.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS for the Home Comfort subgroup.
    • Oversee the consolidation process including intercompany eliminations, capital/debt consolidation, profit elimination and recognition of subgroup items for the Home Comfort subgroup.
    • Stay updated on changes in IFRS accounting standards. Implement and interpret IFRS Bosch Group guidelines for the Home Comfort subgroup and ensure compliance in the consolidation process.
    • Take full responsibility for a set of IFRS standards for the Home Comfort subgroup. Review and approve material journal entries.
    • Serve as the main contact for auditors and internal departments across all Home Comfort companies, both national and international in own area of responsibility.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in the consolidation and reporting process. Implement best practices and enhancements to streamline consolidation activities.
    • Optimize the consolidation system to support efficient consolidation processes.
    • Collaborate with the Finance and IT teams to implement best practices and enhancements to streamline consolidation activities.
    • Provide technical accounting guidance to the HC finance community for IFRS.
    • Assist with projects focused on IFRS financial reporting and consolidation.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business administration or related field.
    • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
    • Strong IFRS accounting knowledge
    • Strong understanding and experience working with consolidation tools ((e.g., OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP BCS, S/4 Group Reporting), SAP-FI, MS Office (esp. Excel).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with affinity for financial IT tools
