We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our construction division.

    The Construction Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting our construction team by managing various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of projects, and maintaining clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and other team members.

    Responsibilities:

    Document Management: Organize, manage, and maintain all construction-related documents, including contracts, permits, blueprints, and job files.

    Communication: Serve as a point of contact between project managers, job file coordinators, clients, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring that all parties are informed and updated regularly.

    Scheduling: Assist with scheduling and coordinating project timelines, meetings, and inspections to ensure timely project completion.

    Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain project data, including budgets, schedules, and personnel records, using SERVPRO’s project management software.

    Financial Support: Assist with the preparation and tracking of purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documents related to construction projects.

    Compliance: Ensure all construction activities adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as SERVPRO’s standards and guidelines.

    Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

    Experience:

    Previous experience in a construction industry role is MUST.

    Experience in an office setting is a MUST.

    Skills:

    Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with construction management software.

    Knowledge of construction terminology and documentation is a plus.

    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
