    About the Role:

    As a Construction Administrator, you will support executive leadership and assist with the permitting process to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume correspondence while tracking key project deadlines. You will work closely with senior leadership, project managers, and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-end residential construction environment.

    Daily Life:

    Manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle high-volume email correspondence. Assist with permitting processes by organizing paperwork and tracking deadlines. Maintain project tracking systems and support leadership with administrative tasks to streamline workflow and ensure efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership.
    • Manage scheduling, email correspondence, and document organization.
    • Assist with permitting processes, ensuring paperwork is completed and deadlines are met.
    • Maintain project tracking tools such as Smartsheet or similar software.
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
    • Support the smooth execution of high-end residential construction projects.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • 5+ years of experience in a high-level administrative or executive assistant role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience with Smartsheet or similar project tracking tools (preferred, but not required).
    • Strong scheduling and email management skills.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Adaptable and comfortable working with senior executives and fast-paced environments.
