    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the administration and documentation of two major municipal water projects. This position will require you to record and maintain documentation, requests, and submittals relating to the construction of these projects. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and familiar with all phases of a construction project from project initiation to completion.

    Responsibilities

    Attending meetings, preparing meeting minutes and distributing meeting minutes to attendees

    Tracking Contractor’s Requests for Information (RFIs). Includes logging requests, distributing requests to parties responsible for answering requests, organizing responses through completion of construction processes

    Obtaining and organizing Contractor’s submittals, tracking submittal comments, responses and approvals

    Tracking various project requirements (permits, adherence to project plans, etc.)

    Construction schedule monitoring and tracking

    Qualifications

    Previous experience as a Construction Administrator or experience in a similar role is preferred

    Proficient in project management software

    Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately

    Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
