Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Construction Administrator & Project Coordinator. The Construction Administrator & Project Coordinator is responsible for tasks related to customer calls, project monitoring, tracking, coordination, estimate monitoring, and project administration duties.
This candidate will be responsible for Initial customer contact & intake Job file creation & management including but not limited to expense tracking & updating project file notes.
In addition, this applicant will schedule coordination for Estimators & Construction Manager Prepare & send necessary documents for signatures Maintain client communication through duration of each project Manage onboarding of new subcontractors.
General office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports, are also included within this role.
Skills & Requirements:
· Minimum of two years’ administrative experience
· Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to plan, organize and use time efficiently and effectively.
· Ability to multitask.
· Associate’s degree preferred but not required.
Hourly Rate: $20.00 –$ 22.00 an hour based on experience.
Work hours: Monday – Friday 8am- 5pm
