You’ll assist the operations manager by providing administrative support, overseeing the cash management and quality control processes, and contract administration. Responsibilities: • Perform cash management, payroll, and billing tasks - prepare invoices, subcontracts, change orders, work orders, purchase orders, and punch lists • Assist construction project managers to estimate and adhere to proper budgets, create project schedules, and communicate project updates • Oversee construction contract administration and submittal log processes to ensure that the contract document requirements are met throughout the construction experience • Enforce quality control process measures that ensure compliance with contracts, building, and code regulations • Manage the subcontractor, vendor, and supplier process by assembling bid packages that include, scope of work, bidding process, and necessary construction documents • Assist sales staff with lead intake and appointment booking • Handle and route all inbound phone calls Qualifications: • Exceptional time management, organization, attention to detail, and communication skills are needed • Fundamental accounting, bookkeeping, and math skills are preferable • Three years of experience in construction services, construction administrative support, contract administration, or construction project management is needed • Efficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and project or construction management software • Some college highly desired, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required Compensation: $42,000
