Title: Construction Area Superintendent – Luxury Residential (West Palm Beach, Florida)

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
• Experience as a Construction Superintendent with at least two (2) completed high-end residential construction projects $5 million and above
• Proficient in safety protocols, preconstruction processes
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with owners, architects, and project team members to resolve issues and optimize project efficiency
• Utilize robust time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and resources effectively.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, analyzing data to make informed decisions and achieve project objectives
• Develop and maintain construction schedules utilizing the critical path method to monitor progress and meet deadlines Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular site inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed
• 30-hour OSHA certification is a plus
