Job Title: Construction Assistant Project Manager (Miami)

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- A minimum of three years’ experience in assisting the PM in overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget (multifamily experience a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or in a related field will be considered.
- Site manager coordination experience and knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, scheduling, estimating and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management and collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor projects closely, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Adept at handling a variety of office tasks essential for supporting the Project Manager.
