    We're hiring a data-driven accountant for an integral position on our team. You’ll keep our general ledger up-to-date, ensure the accuracy of our financial information, and use QuickBooks for tracking. Candidates should be experienced problem-solvers, well-organized, detail-oriented, and time-efficient. Responsibilities: • Process payroll to provide payment to employees on time • Bookkeeping: Enter data, maintain records and produce financial reports • Properly record financial transactions • Ensure transactions are recorded properly in all ledgers • Prepare all financial statements and bank reconciliations • Willingness and excitement to complete the day-to-day accounting tasks • Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger • Ensure all books reconcile with bank statements and prepare financial statements • Consistently input daily financial transactions and finalize the posting process Qualifications: • Must possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills • At least 2 years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a cost accountant, management accountant, bookkeeper, or related position • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) • Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems • Construction Accounting Experience required • Growth mindset • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and basic accounting systems Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 yearly
