As a Construction Contracts Administrator you will work with leadership and the human resources department to establish the company’s goals, ensuring each contract meets our criteria and objectives, and conforms to legislative requirements. You’ll act as liaison between internal business parties, clients, vendors and subcontractors, making sure that contract and insurance conditions are correctly documented and followed through.

What you’ll do as a Construction Contracts Administrator
- Negotiating terms of contracts, both with external and internal parties
- Preparing and distributing contract documents
- Updating existing contracts, pricing, insurance, worker compliance
- Preparing and dissecting information to any involved parties in regard to the status of the contract
- Coordinating meetings with subcontractors
- Preparing revisions and briefs that will summarize financial information and contractual regulations
- Maintaining organized, detailed files for every contract, including price schedules, correspondence, clarifications, deviations/changes, and amendments
- Tracking any correspondence and authorizations
- Preparing change notices and monitoring the performance of the contract, including the contractor status, reporting, and any deliverables required by the owner
- Work with people across various levels of an organization to create and maintain a strategy for contract management
- Act as a liaison between external and internal parties during the processes of developing and negotiating contracts, pricing and terms
- Aid in conflict resolution
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred.
- Microsoft Suite, Google Apps experienced
- At least 3 years of aerial/underground telecommunications management experience.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Some Travel is required
