    North Coast Design Build is currently seeking a student in his/her senior year of Civil Engineering or Construction Management or an individual that has obtained a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree for a Construction Coordinator/Project Engineer position for our Sheffield Lake, Ohio office.

    Responsibilities:

    Assisting project managers or field supervisors with project coordination

    Reviewing subcontractor change orders

    Estimating cost for change orders, and Follow-up on all change orders and returns/credits

    Soliciting bidders

    Scheduling of various material deliveries

    Document control

    Coordination of subcontractors

    Review of field documentation

    Participation in team/owner meetings

    Writing RFI’s

    Foster positive relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, end users and Project Managers

    Qualifications:

    Graduating with a construction management, civil engineering or other related field of study

    Minimal travel required

    Strong leadership skills

    Excellent oral and written communication

    Proficient in Microsoft products

    Ability to prioritize work and meet project deadlines

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Good attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies.

    Strong work ethic – Highly motivated and willing to do what it takes to get the job done right.

    The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
