Construction Coordinator/ Project Superintendant
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Manages a crew of construction/restoration technicians and/or casual labor (approx. 4 – 10 People).
Works alongside technicians and labor, manages productivity as outlined by Project Manager.
Advises Project Manager of labor, equipment, and material needs on a daily basis.
Maintains a clean and safe work area.
Properly documents the daily scope of work performed, labor timecards, and billable chargeable product used on each shift.
Ensures that all technicians and casual labor utilize PPE and follow the safety plan.
Updates the Project Manager and Assistant on the daily progress of assigned crew.
Responsible for the decontamination of the equipment upon completion of the project and ensures that all equipment and unused materials are returned to the assigned supply areas.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school Graduate or equivalent
2 Years of technical school or 2 years on the job experience in a related field
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Problem-Solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be friendly and professional.
Prior experience in remodeling/construction required.
Excels in Customer Service
Requires a valid driver’s license.
