    RamJack is looking for an experienced Construction Crew Lead/Pile installer to join our team. This position is responsible for directing and coordinating activity of the installation of the project and must have the ability to lead by example, motivate crew members and efficiently manage the job. He/She will work under the direction of the Field Supervisor. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    Working crew lead will be responsible for the day to day oversight of the crew, installation of piles or other foundation repairs, and timeline for installation.

    Interpret design layouts and install per design

    Ensures Production Crew has all necessary materials and equipment prior to leaving for job site, and that all materials, tools, etc., are picked up and returned to warehouse when job is completed.

    Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as skid steers, compactors, and saws as required for construction tasks. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when operating machinery.

    Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards. Address any discrepancies or issues promptly to maintain project integrity.

    Responsible for completion of accurate paperwork when jobs are completed, and that paperwork is turned in timely according to deadlines

    Responsible for submitting work orders for all broken equipment

    Ensures safety practices and standards are kept up with and in good standing. Ensures all employees are properly equipped with safety gear.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.; Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks for extended periods in various weather conditions.

    Basic knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools.

    Must have valid hydraulic’s license. (Full 2A & 1C License preferred)

    OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred)

    Prior construction experience.

    Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
