Description:
This position works within our construction department to oversee job coordination, manage communication internally and with clients, and ensure job logistics go smoothly administratively. This person will collaborate with the construction manager, field project managers, and other team members regularly. This position is great for someone who enjoys managing a lot of different pieces to move the department forward.
You would be great at this if you:
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Basic math abilities
· Strong customer service skills
· Ability to train and develop teams
· Previous experience in plumbing, repair industry, HVAC or pool/spa industry is a plus
Qualifications:
· Education: GED or high school diploma
· Valid Colorado driver’s license
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
· Able to read and understand construction plans
Skills that set you apart:
· Knowledge & experience using Procore, Autodesk, Plangrid, Adobe, Dropbox
· Knowledge and utilization of working with Gantt Charts/Scheduling
· Experience in the pool & spa industry
