Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are considered and accounted for. Duties

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for construction projects.
• Utilize estimating software to create detailed and accurate estimates.
• Collaborate with project management teams to assess project requirements and develop comprehensive cost control strategies.
• Conduct site visits to gather data on construction site conditions and requirements.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and bids to clients, ensuring clarity in pricing and scope of work.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, contracts, and correspondence related to projects.

Requirements
