Responsibilities: • Produce written proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and updates for clients and project managers • Analyze blueprints, proposals, specifications, and construction documents to understand the project as a whole • Interface with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors • Frequent construction sites to gather necessary client requirement information • Follow up with clients on submitted proposal and budgets Qualifications: • Critical thinking, analytical skills, and very strong math skills are required • Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry - project estimating or construction management is needed • Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) certification from the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) is preferred • Possess a Bachelors’ degree in civil engineering, construction management, accounting, or related field • Stellar communication, project management, and time-management skills are crucial Compensation: $63,000 - 82,000 yearly
