Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate cost estimates from project plans and specifications.
• Research and select subcontractors for bidding.
• Identify project risks, constraints, and sequencing challenges.
• Manage bid deadlines and maintain organized documentation.
• Stay updated on market conditions and pricing trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Project; estimating software experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and guidelines.
