About the Role:
As a Construction Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include leading crews, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead and motivate construction crews, providing hands-on guidance and direction.
Quality Control: Oversee the quality of work performed, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
Communication: Effectively communicate goals, expectations, and standards to crew members.
Safety: Uphold safety policies and procedures on the jobsite.
Project Execution: Execute construction projects according to approved plans and building codes.
Coordination: Coordinate with superintendents, project managers, and other contractors.
Site Management: Maintain site cleanliness, security, and access control.
Team Development: Foster a positive and supportive company culture, encouraging growth and development among team members.
Customer Relations: Interact with customers and vendors as needed.
Time Management: Manage the crew's schedule and ensure timely project completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of construction practices, with a particular emphasis on concrete.

Proven experience in budgetary management.

Proficiency in construction management software.
Completion of 3DCP training.

Mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance.
