General knowledge of Construction or a Construction background is required.

The ideal applicant must be teachable and willing to learn multiple trades from the Technicians.

Duties of this position include (but are not limited to):

Accurately follow instructions from Technician Use tools of the trade in a correct and safe manner Clean up of construction job sites in various locations

Demolition of job sites (scopes of work will vary)

Operation of a company vehicle in a professional and safe manner

Assists in maintaining a neat and clean workplace at all times

Maintains insurable driving record

Ability to lift 80 pounds

Due to program guidelines, all employees must be able to pass a satisfactory background screening on a biennial basis
