We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will visit properties, assess project needs, and provide accurate cost estimates for construction and landscaping services.

Responsibilities:

• Visit residential and commercial properties to evaluate project requirements.

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for landscaping and construction services.

• Assess labor, materials, and time requirements for each project.

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations.

• Collaborate with the team to develop project proposals and pricing strategies.

• Maintain records of estimates, contracts, and project costs.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, pricing, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience as an estimator in construction, landscaping, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of construction and landscaping materials, costs, and processes.

• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
