    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly organized and dependable individual to manage and streamline the daily logistics of tools, materials, and equipment for our job sites. This person will ensure timely delivery to and from various locations, freeing up our high-level staff to focus on project execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and can handle the dynamic needs of a construction environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Morning Deliveries: Be on the road by 6:00 AM, visiting equipment rental stores, suppliers, and warehouses to pick up tools and materials, and deliver them to the appropriate job sites.

    Tool & Equipment Tracking: Maintain a detailed inventory of all tools and equipment, ensuring they are accounted for and in proper locations.

    Order Coordination: Return to the office to gather and organize orders for materials and tools needed for the next day or week.

    Scheduling & Planning: Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and foremen to anticipate job site needs.

    Vendor Relationships: Communicate with suppliers and rental companies to ensure timely pick-ups and returns, minimizing delays or unnecessary costs.

    Organization & Documentation: Keep accurate records of deliveries, orders, and inventory to avoid any confusion or lost items.

    Efficiency Optimization: Identify ways to improve the delivery process and reduce costs.

    Requirements:

    Experience: Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and materials is preferred. Previous experience in logistics or delivery is a plus.

    Skills:

    Strong organizational skills to track and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Effective communication to coordinate with teams and vendors.

    Basic computer literacy to maintain records and create schedules.

    Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment and materials as needed.

    Driver's License: Valid and clean driver's license.

    Schedule & Compensation:

    Hours: Full-time position starting early mornings.

    Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience

    Reimbursements: All tolls and Fuel paid by company
