The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management and property services, with a proven ability to write scopes of work, develop proposals, and prepare pricing and budgets. You will handle ensuring that all projects adhere to industry standards and client specifications while keeping a strong focus on safety and quality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage project scopes of work, proposals, budgets, and pricing.
    • Oversee the construction delivery process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
    • Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and address any issues that may arise.
    • Manage and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and organized work environment.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders about project status and any changes to timelines or budgets.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
    • Proven experience in construction management and property services.
    • Strong ability to write scopes of work, develop proposals, and prepare exact pricing and budgets.
    • In-depth knowledge of the construction delivery process and industry best practices.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
