    Job duties include but are not limited to:

    The Construction Manager will coordinate, and manage all aspects of a building project from start to finish, ensuring it's completed on time and within budget, while adhering to design specifications and safety regulations.

    Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

    Project Planning & Management:

    Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.

    Oversee construction activities, ensuring they align with plans and specifications.

    Monitor project progress and identify potential issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.

    Manage subcontractors and contractors, ensuring quality and timely completion of work.

    Budget & Cost Control:

    Estimate project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.

    Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

    Negotiate contracts and manage change orders effectively.

    Quality Control & Safety:

    Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

    Implement and enforce safety protocols on the construction site.

    Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality of work and identify defects.

    Communication & Leadership:

    Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members.

    Lead and motivate the construction team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

    Resolve conflicts and address issues promptly and effectively.

    Permitting & Documentation:

    Obtain necessary permits and licenses for the project.

    Maintain accurate records of project activities, including progress reports, change orders, and inspections.

    Skills Required:

    Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.

    Project Management Skills: Excellent planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.

    Communication & Leadership Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, lead teams, and resolve conflicts.

    Budgeting & Financial Skills: Ability to estimate costs, manage budgets, and track expenses.

    Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.

    Qualifications:

    A bachelor's degree in a related field like construction management, engineering, or architecture is required, though we may consider associate degrees and relevant experience.
